Home inspections start at $350 for homes up to 1,000 sq ft, $400 for 1,001 to 1,500 sq ft, and $450 for 1,501 to 2,000 sq ft. Larger homes, call for an estimate. Radon testing starts at $100 and pest inspections at $50.

Most take two to four hours, depending on the size of the home. Smaller homes take less time, and there's no minimum, we take as long as the house needs.

We compile a detailed report of our findings with photos and videos, usually the same day and always within 24 hours. Then we're happy to walk you through it and advise on next steps.
