Services

TDS Home Inspection, LLC provides residential home inspection services, including general home inspections, radon testing, pest and wood-destroying insect inspections, mold testing, new construction inspections, and pre-listing inspections, as described on this website. The scope of each inspection is defined in the inspection agreement you sign before the inspection takes place. A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive evaluation of the home's readily accessible systems and components on the day of the inspection; it is not a warranty or guarantee.

Quotes & scheduling

Pricing is based on the size of the home and the services selected. Inspections are scheduled as agreed, and we'll let you know as soon as possible if anything needs to change. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. Please contact us with any billing questions.

Access to the property

Please make sure utilities are on and that the attic, crawlspace, electrical panel, water heater, and furnace are accessible. Let us know in advance about pets and any access instructions for the property.
